Aarthi Slams Jayam Ravi: Will The World Accept If Go Out With Another Man Before Divorce?

Aarthi Ravi, estranged wife of Tamil actor Jayam Ravi, has hit out at Jayam Ravi over her recent post where he claimed "men are the biggest victims".

Taking to her Instagram handle, Aarthi launched a scathing attack on Ravi's narrative. She questioned the double standards at play, pointing out the scrutiny women face compared to men. "Would this world keep quiet if Aarthi went out with a man in matching outfits before her divorce is finalised?" she wrote.

It was a reference to Jayam Ravi's earlier appearance at a wedding with his rumoured girlfriend Kenisha Francis with matching dress.

Aarthi challenged the actor's claim of victimhood, calling it hypocritical. "And after doing that, is it acceptable for her to say that women are the biggest victims? No? Then we will also call out men who do it and play the victim card. This is not a flex. This is fiendish behaviour," her post read.

The war of words began days earlier when Jayam Ravi shared a video message online amidst intense media scrutiny and public trolling. In the clip, the 'Ponniyin Selvan' star appeared to address the criticism he has faced since his separation. "I'm building my life peacefully. Say all you guys want to say again, since you think only women are right. Men are the biggest victims and even our judicial system understands that," the actor asserted.

He further appealed for privacy, adding, "One day you will all know my heart and what I have done for the people I love. Let a guy live in peace and keep your ugly thoughts to yourself."

The tension escalated after reports surfaced linking Jayam Ravi to singer Kenisha Francis, with the two allegedly spotted together in public. This reportedly infuriated Aarthi, who had previously held Kenisha responsible for the breakdown of her marriage. The public mudslinging intensified on social media, prompting both sides to trade allegations.

However, the legal battle has now extended beyond the courtroom and into the digital space. According to sources, the family court hearing the matter has reportedly instructed both Jayam Ravi and Aarthi to remove all defamatory posts and allegations against each other from social media to prevent further provocation and maintain the dignity of the ongoing proceedings.
