The political event is held in a venue spread over a massive 170-acre venue located between a highway and railway track and will kick off at 4 p.m., with Vijay expected to take the stage around 6 p.m. He is scheduled to speak for 45 minutes, outlining his vision for Tamil Nadu. Large cut-outs of revered leaders, including Periyar EV Ramasamy, K Kamaraj, BR Ambedkar, and Vijay himself, have been set up to represent TVK's Dravidian principles and aspirations for Tamil Nadu's future.

Ahead of the event, Vijay took to his social media account, formerly Twitter (now X), on Saturday to emphasize safety for those traveling to the rally. In his message, he wrote, "To the comrades in my heart, hello. Some things, like names, need repeating. I want to remind everyone to prioritize safety as you travel to the event. Avoid cycling for your safety."

He also urged supporters to respect public spaces and adhere to traffic guidelines: "Please ensure you travel without disturbing the public or blocking traffic along the way. Volunteers and private security will help manage the event, and I ask that everyone cooperate fully with police safety protocols."

The star concluded, "I will arrive at the rally with your safe journey in mind. Please come with the same in mind."
