TN SSLC & HSE 2024 Exam Results: When To Expect Tamil Nadu Board 10th & 12th Class Grades?

The Directorate of Government Examinations conducted the board examination of SSLC or Class 10 and HSE or Class 12 in March and April.

While the Class 12 exams were held between March 1 and 22, the Class 10 exams took place between March 26 and April 8.

Over nine lakh students had enrolled to take their Class X examinations in 2024. The Directorate of Government Examinations has established over 4,000 examination centres statewide.

This year, a total of 9,10,024 students, comprising 4,57,525 boys, 4,52,498 girls, and one transgender student from 12,616 schools, wrote the exam. Also, 28,827 students, including 235 prisoners, appeared as private candidates.

In Chennai alone, 67,000 students will undertake the board exams across 296 centres.

When Will Tamil Nadu's Class 10 Results Be Declared?

As per the buzz, the expected date of the result announcement is on May 10.

Class 12 Exams

Approximately eight lakh Class XII students from Tamil Nadu took take their board exams, this year. The total number of students, consisting of 4,13,998 girls and 3,58,201 boys, appeared across 3,302 centres.

In Chennai alone, 62,124 students sat for exams across 240 centres, while 21,875 registered as private candidates statewide.

When Will Tamil Nadu's Class 12 Results Be Declared?

Going by the reports, the results for the inter or class 12 board exams in Tamil Nadu are expected to be out on May 6.
