Tamilnadu Street Premier League (TSPL): The Ultimate T10 Street Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament

The Tamilnadu Street Premier League (TSPL) is set to revolutionize the world of street tennis ball cricket with its much-anticipated T10 tournament. This exciting event offers a unique platform for street cricketers to showcase their talent on official cricketing grounds, taking the spirit of the game to new heights. Organized by the Street Cricket Development Federation of India (SCDFI), the tournament kicked off on March 5th, 2025, at Kongunadu Engineering College, Trichy The opening phase of the event has already seen 32 thrilling knockout matches. Out of the 6 zone selection matches, the first zone knockout took place on March 8th, with Thotiyam Boys emerging as the winners. The selection trials for the second zone will be held on March 22nd, 2025, at P.B. College of Engineering, Chennai, followed by the second zone knockout matches scheduled for April 3rd, 2025.

In addition to individual entries, the best-performing players from the knockout rounds will undergo intensive training and mentorship. These players will be available for an auction, where they will be drafted by eight teams. Each team will select 15 players to compete in the main tournament, which is set to take place in the last week of May 2025.TSPL is poised to become a game-changer in the world of street tennis ball cricket, blending local talent with professional guidance in a thrilling tournament atmosphere.
