Weather blogger R. Pradeep John shared an optimistic outlook on the ongoing rains in Chennai: "Night-to-morning rains continue in Chennai, with excellent rainfall recorded across the city. This trend is likely to persist until Sunday morning. The Northeast Monsoon is steadily contributing to groundwater improvement, providing beautiful monsoon showers to enjoy every morning. Interior regions of KTCC (Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Chennai, Chengalpattu) will also receive good rainfall."
