The RMC further noted that another Low Pressure Area is likely to form over the Southeast Bay of Bengal around November 22, which may intensify during the subsequent 48 hours.

Several stations in Nagapattinam, Tirunelveli, Thiruvarur, Mayiladuthurai, Thanjavur and Karaikal recorded 7-9 cm rainfall.
