Lok Sabha Poll Predictions: How Will BJP Perform In Tamil Nadu & Kerala? Check This Latest Survey
Several surveys in the last few months had predicted that the BJP would do exceptionally well in Tamil Nadu in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. Also, there were expectations that the saffron party might win one seat in Kerala.
However, the latest Lok Sabha election predictions by ABP News-CVoter are not encouraging for the BJP. As per the report, the BJP is set to draw blank in both states in the general elections which are likely to be held in April-May.

According to the projections, the UDF is anticipated to secure a significant portion of the vote share at 44.5% per cent. The LDF is projected to get vote share of 31.4 per cent. Whereas the NDA is expected to get 19.8 per cent of the vote share. Other smaller parties are predicted to collectively gather 4.3 per cent of the vote share.
In terms of seat projections, the Congress party is anticipated to clinch victory in 16 seats within the state. In stark contrast, the BJP is projected to secure zero seats, indicating a challenging electoral landscape for the party in Kerala. It has to be noted that senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is contesting again from Wayanad.
Tamil Nadu
The ABP CVoter Opinion Poll predicts a sweeping victory for the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and its coalition partners in Tamil Nadu. The survey claims that all 39 Lok Sabha seats will be bagged by the INDIA bloc.
The DMK has an alliance with various parties under the I.N.D.I.A bloc including Congress, CPI, CPI(M), VCK, MDMK, Makkal Needhi Maiam, Indian Union Muslim League, and Kongu Desa Makkal Katchi.
Going by the pre-poll survey, DMK is poised to secure 31 seats, with Congress expected to win 8. However, the NDA is likely to get 10.9 per cent vote share. Several poll predictions had claimed that it would perform better than the AIADMK, but the two leaves is outperforming the saffron party.
As per the predictions, the AIADMK will get 27.8 per cent vote share with other parties expected to share 6.8% of the vote.
Of late, the India TV-CNX Opinion Poll, The Times Now-Matrize News survey and the Federal-Puthiyathalaimurai-Apt 2024 Pre-Poll Survey had claimed that the BJP will do exceptionally well in Tamil Nadu in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
