IT Department Raids DMK MP S Jagathrakshakan's Premises

The Income Tax Department has launched an extensive search operation at more than 40 locations connected to S. Jagathrakshakan, a Member of Parliament from the DMK, in Chennai.

According to ANI, the report reads, "Income Tax Department is conducting searches at over 40 sites associated with DMK MP S. Jagathrakshakan in Chennai."

On Thursday, Income Tax officials conducted searches at numerous locations in Chennai that have connections to DMK MP S. Jagathrakshakan, as per information from police sources, as reported by PTI.

These searches took place at various places, including some educational institutions, though specific details were not disclosed, as per the PTI report.

Jagathrakshakan serves as the representative for Arakkonam in the Lok Sabha.
