The package includes the services of a guide, access to refreshments at Hotel Tamil Nadu, and assistance from friendly staff and drivers. The tour is designed to be hassle-free, with clear documentation requirements: valid ID proofs for adults (Aadhaar, DL, Voter ID, Passport) and children (Aadhaar/School ID), along with two passport-sized photographs. Flexible Yet Firm Booking Policy

Understanding the unpredictability of travel plans, TTDC has outlined a detailed cancellation policy. Tickets can be cancelled online via www.ttdconline.com. A full refund is available before 24 hours of departure (with a minor transaction fee), but the charges escalate as the departure nears-50% between 24-48 hours, and 25% after 48 hours. Critically, no refund is provided if a tourist misses the coach. One change in travel date is permitted before the 24-hour mark, subject to seat availability. All tours require a minimum of 10 passengers to operate.
