Popular music composer AR Rahman's son Ameen has shared an update on his father's health condition, who was admitted to Chennai's Hospital today morning following pain in his chest. Ameen said AR Rahman was hospitalized due to a bout of dehydration, but now he is alright. Ameen expressed his gratitude towards the fans, family, and well-wishers for their continuous love, prayers, and support during this time. He also informed that doctors have discharged Music Sensation as his condition is now stable.

In a heartfelt message on Instagram, Ameen detailed the circumstances leading to his father's hospitalization, stating, "My father felt a bit weak due to dehydration, hence we went ahead and did some routine tests, but I'm happy to share that he is doing well now." This message was echoed by Rahman's daughter, Raheema, who also took to social media to share the same update, ensuring fans of her father's well-being.

Following the health scare, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin conveyed his concern and well-wishes for Rahman. Stalin's message, shared on social media, indicated his prompt action to inquire about Rahman's health upon hearing the news. He stated, "As soon as I heard the news that Isaipuyal @arrahman had been admitted to the hospital due to ill health, I contacted the doctors and inquired about his health! They said he is fine and will be back home soon! Happy!" This gesture from the Chief Minister underscored the widespread concern and affection towards Rahman.
