Zerodha App Still Not Working? X Users' Complaints, Memes After Glitch
Zerodha experienced a service disruption on Monday, prompting users to express their grievances on social media. Complaints included difficulties in accessing holdings, trades, and other account details. One user expressed frustration, stating, "What's going on... locking all orders and not allowing to close positions." Another user reported being unable to square off their position, adding, "Zerodha, thank you for converting profitable trade into loss one... you talk about tech all the time, where's it?."
DownDetector indicated issues with the company's website, particularly related to mobile brokerage and trading, starting at 9:00 am.

While some users were venting about their losses due to the outage, others also shared memes.
Following user backlash, Zerodha attributed the outage to a connectivity issue. The firm stated, "Due to a connectivity issue, some of our users were intermittently facing issues with order placement on Kite. This issue is now resolved. We regret the inconvenience caused."
Meanwhile, the Sensex surged by 550 points to reach 71,250, and the Nifty rose by 177 points to reach 21,259. The opening trade witnessed significant gains in banking, oil and gas, and capital goods stocks. Top gainers on the Sensex included Sun Pharma, NTPC, Kotak Bank, PowerGrid, and L&T, while Infosys, IndusInd Bank, JSW Bank, ITC, and M&M were among the top losers.
