Watch: Man Makes Dramatic Jump From 4th Floor To Escape Bengaluru Fire
In a dramatic escape during a massive fire incident, a person was seen jumping from the fourth floor of a building in Bengaluru's Koramangala area on Wednesday. The fire broke out at a cafe on the fourth floor of a building along Tavarekere Main Road.
According to officials, the fire started around 11:30 am at Mudpipe Cafe, a hookah parlour located on the fourth floor, and quickly spread to Cult Fitness gym on the lower level.

To combat the blaze, four fire engines were dispatched to the scene, and fortunately, all individuals were safely evacuated from the building.
The fire resulted in damage to two motorcycles parked below and a car in a nearby showroom, but the fire department successfully extinguished the flames.

Eyewitnesses captured the heart-stopping moment when the person made a daring leap from the fourth floor to escape the fire. Bystanders rushed him to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
Speaking to Oneindia, a staff member from Mudpipe Cafe explained, "A person was trapped in the bathroom, and we had to evacuate quickly."
Despite the fire, there were not many people inside the building at the time. Concerns had previously been raised regarding the proximity of a hookah parlour to school premises with the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), but no action had been taken in response to these concerns.
While four gas cylinder is suspected to be the cause of the fire, officials have yet to confirm the exact reason.
