Trainer Aircraft Makes Emergency Landing In Belagavi; 2 Injured

A training aircraft, reportedly belonging to Redbird Aviation, made an emergency landing near Sambra airport in Belagavi.

The trainer aircraft took off from Sambra Airport in Belagavi and after a few minutes, it was forced to land on a farm field at Honnihala village in Belagavi. The helicopter reportedly encountered technical glitches.

According to reports, the training aircraft, carrying a pilot and a trainee pilot, took off at 9:30 am from Sambra airport in Belagavi. Both pilots sustained minor injuries and have been transported to an Air Force hospital for medical attention.

It was a training aircraft for the trainers of the Flight Training Centre in Belagavi.
