Cartoon: When the high command is under threat

The Telangana issue came to the forefront in the second leg of the Winter Session of the Parliament starting on Wednesday. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, who has been opposing the move of bifurcating the state into Telangana and Seemandhra, is set to conduct a fast protest in New Delhi on Wednesday.
