Sumalatha's Son Abhishek Ambareesh Ties The Knot With Aviva Bidappa
Several big names from South Indian film industry attended the wedding of Abhishek, son of Mandya MP Sumalatha Ambareesh.
The Kannada actor tied the knot with model Aviva Bidappa at Palace Grounds on Monday. The elaborated wedding ceremony started off with 'haldi' ceremony on Saturday.

Tamil superstar Rajinikanth, Telugu actor Mohan Babu, former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, Rocking Star Yash, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, cricketer Anil Kumble and many others attended the wedding.
Film producer Rockline Venkatesh and actor Doddanna were also seen welcoming the guests.

The marriage was performed as per the Vokkaliga tradition. A wedding reception will be held on June 7.
Over 10,000 guests are attending the couple's marriage and Mandya MP Sumalatha has invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi too for the wedding. After inviting the PM, she said, "I firmly believe that India and Karnataka need such promising leaders and leadership. My son Abhishek and I visited the PM to invite him for the wedding and was given an invitation and blessed."

She had further said, "On this occasion many issues about the state and my Mandya Constituency were discussed. Honorable Prime Minister remembered the manner in which he was received by my self-respecting people when he came to Mandya and praised him. My heartfelt thanks to him for his immense admiration for Mandya and Karnataka."
Son of late actor and politician Ambareesh, Abhishek started his career as an actor with 'Amar'. Currently, he is working in a few projects.
Whereas Aviva is the daughter of well-known fashion designer Prasad Bidappa.
