Subramanian Swamy can assist in Jaya case, says Karnataka HC
Bengaluru, Feb 5: The Karnataka High Court on Thursday permitted Dr Subramanian Swamy to assist the Special Public Prosecutor in the case pertaining to the appeal filed by former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa in the disporporionate assets case. Justice C Kumaraswamy however rejected an application filed by Swamy to implead himself in the case.

A plea filed by DMK leader Anbazhagan seeking the court's permission to assist the public prosecutor in the same case was dismissed.
