Egyptian preacher under fire for okaying 'men to spy on women while bathing'

The preacher in question, Usama al-Qawsi is seen making the controversial statement in a video saying: "If you are really honest and wanted to marry that woman, and you were able to hide and watch her in secret, see the thing that she wouldn't usually let you see before marrying her, then it is acceptable as long as your intentions are pure."
However many including the Egyptian Minister of Religious Endownments rejected the fatwa and questioned the preacher saying: "Would you allow this to happen to your own daughter?"
The Minister said that it was not okay for men to watch women in such manner as both the Muslim and Christain societies disapproved of such acts.
