Police Probe Into Complaints Against Bigg Boss Kannada 10 Runner-Up Drone Prathap

Several complaints have been lodged against Drone Prathap, the runner-up of Bigg Boss Kannada season 10. However, it has emerged that the police have not registered any FIR or statement regarding these complaints.

The Rajarajeshwari Nagar police station have now initiated an investigation into two recently filed complaints. One pertains to Drone Prathap's business partner, Sarang Mane, alleging fraud, while the other involves a BBMP Officer filing a defamation case. The initial step in the police investigation will involve identifying the startup company associated with Drone Prathap.

Earlier, BBMP Officer Prayag had filed a defamation case against Prathap, but subsequent revelations suggested that Prathap had defrauded his business partner, Sarang Mane. Following this, an individual named Paramesh, a resident of Banashankari, filed a complaint accusing Prathap of conducting drone operations without a license and selling unlicensed drones.

The complainant alleges that Drone Prathap is selling drones belonging to the Department of Civil Aviation (DGCA) without a proper licence. He claims that they are selling it through their company Dronark Aerospace Pvt. Ltd.

Despite these complaints, no FIR has been registered against Prathap, and no notice has been issued regarding the case. The RR Nagar police are now investigating the two registered complaints.

Drone Prathap

As part of their investigation, the police have commenced fact-finding regarding Prathap's startup company, Dronark Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. They have written to the Register of Companies to verify allegations of fraud, particularly related to farmers being duped through the sale of drones. If it is discovered that Prathap's startup company is indeed fraudulent, the police are considering filing an FIR for fraud. Meanwhile, BBMP Officer Prayag has pursued his defamation case.

Additionally, Chandan Kumar Gowda from Mandya has alleged that he provided Rs 2 lakh for a Zilla Panchayat ticket against Prathap and has lodged a complaint with the city police commissioner regarding this matter.
