PM Modi In Bengaluru: Routes To Kempegowda Airport Blocked, Commuters Requested To Take Bengaluru-Bellary Road

The Devenahalli Traffic Police on Thursday shared traffic restrictions and advisory for alternative routes in view to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Bengaluru. According to the reports, PM Modi will inaugurate the newly built Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center (BIETC) campus at Aerospace Park in Devanahalli, near Kempegowda International Airport.

The campus has been built with a massive Rs 1600 crore investment.

Commuters who take routes near KIA airport have been requested to compulsorily use the Bengaluru-Bellary Road to reach the Airport, reads a traffic advisory shared by Devenahalli Traffic Police. The advisory suggested that traffic restrictions will be implemented from 8 AM to evening 6 PM.

TRAFFIC MOVEMENT IS TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED IN THE FOLLOWING ROADS:

1. Gollahalli gate To Hunachuru (KIADB Industries Area)
2. Airlines Dhaba (NH-648) To Budigere
3. Hennuru-Bagaluru Main Road To Airport Road
4. Chikkajala kote main road to Airport
5. Bagaluru To Airport
