In Pics: When motivational trainer Ian Faria interacted with OneIndia

Bangalore, Feb 6: Employees of OneIndia felt ecstatic on Wednesday when the Corporate Trainer and Success Coach - Mr Ian Faria - interacted with everyone and motivated them to be positive.

In an attempt to boost self-confidence and morale of the employees, OneIndia on Wednesday organised an interactive session with the motivational speaker Ian Faria, who rekindled the environment with positive energy and also acted as a catalyst by imparting the feeling of optimism and determination.

Mr Faria started the session by telling a story about a kid and balloons. The moral was "What is inside ourselves is more important than what the world shows us on the outside."

In a session that lasted for nearly an hour, he made a commendable effort by 'driving the spark' by asking all the employees to stand up and shout, "I am the best" and "I am feeling positive."

The session neared an end with Mr Faria 'face reading' some employees and telling what was 'changed' in them. It ended on a 'positive note' followed by 'Q &A' from the employees.
