Om Prakash Murder: Wife's Google Search History on How Neck Injuries Kill Points to Premeditated Killing

Pallavi, the wife of the murdered former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash and the prime suspect in the case, reportedly spent five days researching how a person dies when the veins and blood vessels around the neck are cut. According to reports, in the days leading up to the brutal stabbing, Pallavi had been searching for this information and it was very evident from her Google search histroy.

Pallavi, who had long suspected that her husband was poisoning her with the help of house staff, has been detained for her involvement in Om Prakash's murder. She claimed that "domestic violence" was the driving force behind her extreme actions.

Om Prakash Murder

Om Prakash, a 1981 batch IPS officer from Bihar, was found dead in a pool of blood on the ground floor of their three-storey house in the upscale HSR Layout area of Bengaluru on Sunday.

Take a Poll

Initial investigations suggest that Pallavi allegedly stabbed him after throwing chili powder in his face. Reports indicate that Pallavi, who is said to be suffering from schizophrenia from last 12 years, had made a video call to a friend after the murder, stating, "I have killed the monster."

Pallavi, in a series of WhatsApp messages posted in a group of wives of senior police officers, alleged that her husband was involved in illegal activities, including possessing modern weapons and biological chemicals, which he allegedly used on her and her daughter.

In a particularly distressing statement, Pallavi claimed that she and her daughter were essentially held hostage by Om Prakash's power and influence, with Pallavi stating, "I am a hostage." She alleged that her husband had been manipulating situations to isolate them and avoid scrutiny.

As the investigation continues into the circumstances surrounding Om Prakash's death, the disturbing details in Pallavi's messages and her Google search history have drawn significant attention. These claims, if proven true, would add a disturbing layer of complexity to what already appears to be a high-profile and tragic case. The authorities are now faced with a multi-faceted investigation, involving both domestic violence and potential links to national security concerns.
