Lok Sabha Poll Survey: How Many Seats Will Congress Win In Karnataka In Next LS Polls?
Top Congress leaders from Karnataka led by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Wednesday held a protest in Delhi against the Centre over alleged injustice to the southern state in devolution of taxes.
As the Congress took on the Centre, here comes a survey, indicating that the BJP would bag many seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. However, its numbers are expected to come down this time.

As per The Times Now-Matrize opinion poll, the BJP is predicted to win 21 seats, four less than in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. The saffron-party-backed independent candidate Sumalatha Ambareesh had won Mandya in the last Lok Sabha polls. Whereas the Congress and the JDS had managed to win one each.
The survey findings say that the Congress will win 5 seats while the JDS will bag 2 seats.
As far as the vote share is concerned, the BJP is predicted to get 46.2 per cent votes while the Congress is likely to get 42.3 per cent votes. It is followed by the JDS (8.1 per cent). The others are expected to garner 3.1 per cent votes.
With the BJP and JDS coming together, it will be a daunting task for the Congress to put up a good show. Siddaramiah-led government is hoping that its five guarantees including the free electricity scheme would help the party win more seats.
However, the Congress is predicted to perform well in Telangana where it is likely to bag 9 seats while its DMK partner in Tamil Nadu is set to win 36 seats.
