Leopard Spotted In Bengaluru’s Jigani Area, CCTV Captures Big Cat In Kyalasanahalli
A leopard was spotted in Bengaluru's Jigani area, BRS Layout, on Sunday, reported Deccan Herald. The big cat was seen roaming the area, with CCTV cameras capturing its movements.
Residents reported that dogs began barking on Sunday morning, raising alarms about the leopard's presence. Jigani's proximity to the Bannerghatta Forest area suggests the leopard may have strayed from the forest. Forest officials are actively searching for the animal, fearing it could pose a threat to lives.

Earlier, a leopard was seen near a house in Chikka Togur, close to the NICE road, and was captured after a trap was set. Another sighting occurred near Kudlu Gate, where a leopard was found alongside another that was killed recently.
