Karnataka Weather Alert: Ready For Bengaluru Rains? Check Latest Forecast

Relief is on the way for Bengaluru after enduring a brutal heatwave! The weather forecast predicts welcome rainfall and a significant drop in temperatures across South India starting around May 5th or 6th. This shift will finally bring an end to the recent scorching hot and dry spell. The change in weather is attributed to a weakening anticyclone and a northward movement of the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Anticipated for May 6-7, the South Interior Karnataka and Malenadu regions, encompassing Bengaluru and Mysuru, are expected to experience significant summer showers. These intense thunderstorms are not only set to alleviate the oppressive heat but also bring down temperatures substantially.
