The Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation (UAC) across North and North Interior Karnataka persists, which can cause heavy rains in these regions.

- Widespread moderate showers are expected across Mangaluru, Udupi districts, and Malnad areas, with some places experiencing heavy rains.
- Light rains are expected across South Interior Karnataka.

The Bay of Bengal remains quiet, while the UAC across North Karnataka is facilitating significant rainfall in coastal areas. This circulation has strengthened the westerlies, bringing abundant rain to the coastal regions. North and North Interior Karnataka have also received excellent rains.
