Karnataka: Enrol in voters' list by November 29

Where to enrol:
1. Nearby Bangalore One centre
2. Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagar Palike (BBMP) ward offices
Field officers will carry out physical verification following the enrollment to detect duplication.
1. New enrollment:
Form 6
Eligibility: The person should be 18 years of age or more and shifting his/her place of residence outside the constituency where he/she is already registered.
Documents: Address proof like bank or post office passbook, ration card, drivers' license, telephone or power bill, gas connection bill, IT assessment order, etc.
Declaration: If one's name is already included in the electoral roll of any other constituency or if he/she has been issued with a photo identity card by the Election Commission, then one has to mention the card number and its date of issue in the given space.
2. Deletion

Eligibility: A person wanting inclusion of his name in a new constituency and seeking deletion of name from another roll
Declaration: The applicant must provide a declaration on the facts sought and also his/her area of residence. A false declaration is punishable.
3. Correction
Form 8
It can be submitted by a person whose name is in the electoral roll and seeking correction to her particulars already provided.
The BBMP is the main registering authority for the Bangalore constituencies.
