Karnataka 2nd PUC Results Latest Updates: Class 12 Results Really Being Declared Today? Find Out

The last 24 hours have been anxious for the class 12 students of Karnataka as the reports of the results being announced on Tuesday surfaced online.

Although the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board had not announced that the results would be out today, some media houses claimed that it would be revealed on April 3.

A circular doing rounds on social media said: "Secondary PUC Annual Examination was conducted from March 1 to 23, 2024. The evaluation of all answer papers has been completed. The date of declaration of 2nd PUC Annual Examination Result is April 3 at 10 am. A press conference has been called by the Board of examination and valuation. The result will be available at karresults.nic.in April 3 at 11 am."

However, this has turned out to be a fake circular.

The Board is expected to declare the Karnataka 12th result 2024 soon. It is believed that the results might be out before the first phase of elections in Karnataka on April 26. prior to the commencement of the Lok Sabha elections. Upon release, students can view the Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2024 on the official websites, namely kseab.karnataka.gov.in and karresults.nic.in. To access the PUC results, students will be required to input their registration numbers.

In 2024, 6.9 lakh students have enrolled for the Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2024 (Class 12) out of which 3.3 lakh are male, and 3.6 lakh are female.

The Second Pre-University (II PU) exam started on March 1 and concluded on March 22 at 1,124 examination centers.

Moreover, the 2nd PU exam this year follows the 80+20 pattern, consisting of an 80-mark written test and a 20-mark internal assessment. This identical model has been in use for the SSLC exam since the academic year 2015-16.
