Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2025 Declared: Here Are The District-Wise Toppers List
Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2025 Out: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has officially declared the 2nd PUC Exam 1 results for 2025 today, April 8. The announcement was made during a press conference held by Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa, marking the end of anticipation for over 7 lakh students across the state.
This year's results have revealed a strong academic performance in several districts, with Udupi district taking the lead once again by securing the highest pass percentage of 93.90%. Dakshina Kannada followed in second place, reaffirming coastal Karnataka's consistent record of academic excellence.

One of the standout performers this year is Amulya Kamath, a student of Expert PU College in Dakshina Kannada, who secured the top rank in the Science stream with 599 out of 600 marks. Sharing the same score, R. Deeksha of Vagdevi PU College, Thirthahalli, Shivamogga district, secured the second rank.
Meanwhile, Bindu Navale scored 598/600 and bagged the third place. Close behind were Raja Yaduvanshi Yadav and Vijeth G. Gowda, both scoring 598 marks, securing the fourth and fifth ranks, respectively.
Meanwhile, Yadgir district recorded the lowest pass percentage at 48.45%, underlining the need for focused educational initiatives and infrastructure support in the area.

This year, a total of 6,37,805 students appeared for the exams, out of which 4,68,439 have passed, recording an overall pass percentage of 73.45%.
Udupi Tops Again
Udupi district once again emerged as the top-performing district with a whopping 93.90% pass rate, while Yadgir district stood at the bottom with 48.45%. Dakshina Kannada secured the second position.

In the Science category of the Karnataka 2nd PUC 2025 results, Amulya Kamath from Expert PU College, Mangaluru, Dakshina Kannada district, has secured the first rank in the state with 599 out of 600 marks.

Important Announcement from Minister Bangarappa
Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa announced that students will not be charged any exam fee for the second and third attempts this year. He also revealed that special evening classes will be arranged in the Kalyana Karnataka region to support students preparing for supplementary exams.
"Those who didn't clear have two more chances," he assured, adding that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has extended full support to this initiative.
Students are advised to download and print their provisional marksheets for use in college admissions and entrance counselling. The original marksheets will be distributed by respective schools in the coming weeks.
