ISIS threat letter was sent to hotel, not me: Sri Sri Ravishankar
Bengaluru, April 15: Spiritual guru and Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravishankar on Wednesday said that the threatening letter from ISIS militants was sent to the hotel where he was staying and not to him.
Sri Sri said: "It was the letter sent to our centre, not to me. They did not call me. The letter was sent to the hotel where I was supposed to stay and also to our centres in both Kuala Lumpur and Penang."

Sri Sri added that the letter that they received was given to the press. "The letter came to the hotel manager and it was given to the Indian Embassy," he said.
Sri Sri had received a letter from ISIS militants last month threatening that if Sri Sri sets foot in Malaysia, there would be dire consequnces. ISIS militants had alleged to kill Sri Sri [ISIS threatens Shri Shri Ravishankar]
Meanwhile the Malaysian Police too began probing the letter. Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar confirmed that a letter was sent to meditation and spiritual guru when he was in Penang for a yoga festival and talk attended by thousands in George Town and Batu Kawan.
