Heavy rain expected in Bangalore in next few days

The depression along the Tamil Nadu & Sri Lankan coastline will cause the rain
Sources in the Met department said although the south-west monsoon retreated from northern Karnataka on Saturday, the upper air circulation in the Bay of Bengal along the coastline in Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka has created a depression and it is likely to cause heavy rainfall.
The Met department said a little over 31 milimetres of rainfall were recorded till Saturday. It also said the season of cyclone will continue till end of November and temperature during this time will vary between 19 and 28-degrees Celsius. It also said the October rain will help the crop yields.
