A Bengaluru court today asked D V Sadananda Gowda's son Karthik Gowda to approach the mediation center to reach an amicable settlement with an actress who had accused him of cheating and rape.

While hearing a petition filed by Karthik Gowda to quash the chargesheet against him in a case of cheating filed by the lady, the court suggested that both parties approach the mediation center to reach an amicable solution.

Karthik Gowda's counsel sought time over the court's suggestion following which the case was adjourned to November 30. Union Minister D V Sadananda Gowda's son was accused of cheating and rape by a Kannada actor.
