Explosive Material Gelatin Sticks Found Near PM Modi Route In Bengaluru; Police Detain One Person

A major security alert was triggered in Bengaluru after explosive material, including gelatin sticks, was found near Prime Minister Narendra Modi's expected movement route on the city outskirts, according to reports. Police have detained one person for questioning in connection with the case.

According to police sources, the gelatin sticks were recovered near Agara Lake in the Tataguni area under Kaggalipura police limits, close to a route expected to be used during the Prime Minister's visit to Bengaluru.

One Person Detained After Recovery

Following the recovery of the explosive materials, police teams launched an immediate operation and detained one individual from a house near Koramangala in Bengaluru.

Officials said the suspect is currently being questioned at an undisclosed location as investigators try to determine the purpose behind storing the gelatin sticks in the area.

The identity of the detained person has not yet been officially disclosed.

Investigators are now probing the source of the gelatin sticks and checking whether additional people may be linked to the case.
