E-Khata: Final BBMP e-Khata Cannot Be Issued Without THESE Details

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) e-Khata system has been designed to facilitate Bengaluru residents by providing a streamlined process for property documentation. However, the final e-Khata cannot be generated without submitting the property owner's details and a photo of the property.

Even if corporation officials wish to do so, they cannot create a final e-Khata without including the required property owner information and property photographs. Currently, draft e-Khatas for approximately 22 lakh properties have been uploaded online on a ward-wise basis.

How to Access Your e-Khata:

• Ward details can be found on the property tax receipt.
• By logging in with a mobile number and OTP, property owners can search for their property in the ward-wise list using their name.
• The final e-Khata can only be downloaded if the provided details match BBMP records.
• If the information is missing or does not match the corporation records, the case is forwarded to the Assistant Revenue Officer for further verification.

• Owner's Aadhaar
• Property Tax Application Number (Data is auto-fetched from the property tax system)
• Sale/Registration Deed Number (Automatically obtained from the Sub-Registrar)
• BESCOM 10-digit ID (Optional for vacant plots)
• Property Photo
