Darshan's Wife Vijayalakshmi Unfollows Him, Deletes Account On Instagram Amid Murder Allegations
Actor Darshan has been arrested in connection with the murder of Renuka Swamy, but his wife Vijayalakshmi has remained silent. Often known for using social media to vocalise her opinions, particularly against Pavithra Gowda, Vijayalakshmi has not responded to this incident. She has also been absent from public view since Darshan's arrest. Notably, Vijayalakshmi deleted her Instagram profile photo at first and temporary deleted her profile but not before unfollowing Darshan and others on the platform.
In the past, Vijayalakshmi has frequently engaged in social media conflicts regarding Pavitra Gowda, making various statements against her. With Darshan now facing murder charges linked to Pavithra's case, it's understandable that she might be upset. A few months ago, Pavithra Gowda posted a photo with Darshan, captioned "10 years of relationship," which Vijayalakshmi publicly condemned. Following Darshan's arrest, she has unfollowed everyone, including Darshan, on Instagram and removed her profile picture, sparking discussions on social media.

Actor Darshan Awake All Night Due to Mosquito Bites in Lockup
Actor Darshan, jailed for the brutal murder of his fan Renuka Swamy, reportedly stayed awake all night due to mosquito bites. The Kamakshipalya police arranged separate lockups for Darshan and his accomplices, but mosquitoes, typically preying on petty criminals, also targeted Darshan. Despite being provided with a carpet and pillow, mosquitoes infiltrated the bedding.
Darshan, along with 11 other accused, remained in the lock-up. While arrangements were made for Darshan, Raghavendra, and Vinay to sleep in one lockup, the other accused were placed in another. The police provided them with biryani from a private hotel for dinner. Despite having bed accessories, the mosquitoes breached their defenses.
Investigation for Six Days Begins Today
Starting Wednesday, the police will interrogate Darshan and his associates for six days to gather evidence related to the murder case. Initially, they will search the electronic devices of the accused. They will also investigate the locations where the abduction, murder, and disposal of Renuka Swamy's body reportedly occurred. The investigation will cover all angles, determining who inflicted the fatal injuries, transported, and discarded the body. The police will seize the tools used in the murder and search for any discarded weapons. The location of the accused's mobile network on the day of the murder will be crucial evidence for the charge sheet. Additionally, the police will take the accused to Chitradurga for further investigation.
