Dangerous Bulls Roam Bengaluru Streets: Elderly Couple Attacked, Authorities Launch 'Operation Bull'
Bengaluru, renowned as the Silicon City, is facing a new challenge: rampaging bulls. Alongside existing threats like leopards, the recent surge in bull attacks has sparked deep concerns among residents.
In a distressing incident captured on CCTV, an elderly couple in BTM Layout was attacked by a charging bull while walking home. The footage, broadcasted on NewsFirst channel, depicts the harrowing encounter that left the elderly man injured and shaken.

The situation has worsened with multiple reports of bull attacks emerging across the city. In response, the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) and the Animal Husbandry Department have launched 'Operation Bull' to tackle this growing menace.
Prompted by the recent incident, authorities captured the aggressive bull responsible for the attack, relocating it to a Goshala in Mahadevpur. As part of the operation, they are preparing to relocate approximately 1,200 dangerous bulls in Bengaluru, calling on the Animal Husbandry Department to provide suitable space for the relocated animals.
With the summer heat intensifying the bulls' aggression, residents are advised to exercise caution while navigating the city's streets. The collaborative efforts of the BBMP and the Animal Husbandry Department aim to reduce the risk posed by these unpredictable animals and ensure the safety of Bengaluru's residents.
