Veteran music director Bappi Lahiri and few other television personalities joined the BJP recently. Incidentally, the music director of Disco Dancer fame had campaigned for the Congress ahead of the 2004 elections. He cheered for BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, saying the mood is in favour of Modi this time.
