BMTC's Latest Move: New Feeder Routes To Improve Namma Metro Connectivity

In response to the growing ridership on Namma Metro, the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has announced additional feeder services connecting different areas of the city to metro stations, further enhancing accessibility for the commuters.

According to a BMTC release on Saturday, new metro feeder routes in non-AC services will be introduced from today ie. November 27.

MF-18: Lalbagh Main Road, Mahila Seva Samaja, KR Market, and Corporation Circle through Shanthinagar TTMC from Shanthinagar TTMC. One bus operates on this route, starting from 6:20 AM in the morning and the last bus runs at 9:05 PM.

MF-18F: Purnima Theatre, Mahila Seva Samaja, KR Market, and Lalbagh Main Gate via Shanthinagar TTMC from Shanthinagar TTMC. Buses on this route commence at 6:35 AM and the last bus runs at 8:40 PM.

MF-1F: Ramesh Nagar via BMEL Gate, Malleshpalaya, Basavanagar, and Corporation Circle to Ramesh Nagar through SV Metro Station. Three buses operate on this route. The first bus departs from SV Metro Station at 5:55 AM and the last bus runs until 10:00 PM. In the return direction, the first bus starts from Ramesh Nagar at 5:30 AM and the last bus runs at 9:05 PM.

MF-13: Kamalanagar Maruthi Mandira via Vijayanagar Metro Station, Basaveshwara Nagar Bus Station, and Vijayanagar Metro Station to Shankar Nag Bus Station from Vijayanagar Metro Station. Two buses ply on this route. The initial bus departs from Vijayanagar Metro Station at 8:15 AM and the last bus operates until 6:40 PM, while from Ramesh Nagar, the first bus starts at 8:40 AM and the last bus runs until 7:05 PM.
