BJP MLA Jagadish Kumar succumbs to heart attack

Bengaluru, Nov 23: In a tragic incident, a BJP MLA from Hebbal constituency, R Jagadish Kumar (58) succumbed to heart attack in a private hospital in the evening hours.

It is said that while participating in the legislative assembly session he complained of heart pain. As soon as he reached his car after finishing the sessions he encountered with massive heart attack. Thereby he was immediately taken to the hospital in the city.

However, the he failed to respond to the treatment. He was declared dead in the evening. The untimely death of Jagadish has sent shock wave among the political class, with many leaders issuing statement of condolences to the death.

It is reported that two hours before to his death he updated his Facebook status wishing the public on the occasion of Tulsi Pooja.
