Bengaluru Traffic Jam: Heavy Rain Causes Congestion On ORR; Water-Logging In These Areas
Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road (ORR) has been severely impacted by heavy rain, leading to significant traffic congestion and water-logging at several key locations.
The Bengaluru Traffic Police have issued a warning to commuters, urging them to plan their travel carefully due to the severe delays expected.

The following points are particularly affected by water-logging:
- Marathalli PS Junction (both service roads)
- Kariyamana Agrahara
- Kasturi Nagar
- Veeranapalya
- Salem Bridge
- Karthik Nagar
- Lowry Underpass
Drivers are advised to avoid these areas if possible and expect extended travel times.
As waterlogged streets and traffic jams plagued various parts of the city, citizens turned to social media to share images of their flooded neighborhoods, questioning whether the city's infrastructure would ever improve.
People have also been stuck on the road for hours owing to the waterlogged streets and the traffic jams.
