Bengaluru Traffic Alert: Restrictions On Windsor Manor To Shivananda Circle For Chitra Santhe On Jan 5
As Bengaluru gears up for the 22nd Chitra Santhe 2025, Kumara Krupa Road is set to transform into a vibrant canvas this Sunday i.e January 5. To ensure the seamless execution of this much-loved art fair organised by Chitrakala Parishat, the Bengaluru City Traffic Police have rolled out a detailed traffic management plan.
From 6 am to 9 pm, vehicular movement on both sides of the road between Windsor Manor Junction and Shivananda Circle will be restricted. Recognising the event's immense popularity and limited parking facilities, authorities are urging visitors to opt for public transport to enjoy the day hassle-free.

Traffic Diversion Plans:
- Maurya Junction/Anand Rao Circle to Windsor Manor: Route: Race View Junction → Race Course Road → Trilight Junction → Basaveshwara Circle → Old High Grounds Junction → T. Chowdaiah Road → Windsor Manor.
- T. Chowdaiah Road to KK Road: Route: Windsor Junction → Old High Grounds Junction → LRDE → Basaveshwara Junction (turn right) → KK Road.
- Old High Grounds Junction to Windsor Manor Junction: Proceed directly from Windsor Manor towards RP Road.
- Nehru Circle to Shivananda Junction: Route: Nehru Circle → Steel Bridge → Trilight Junction → Shivananda Junction.
- Maurya Junction/Anand Rao Circle to KK Road: Route: Race View Junction → Trilight Junction → Basaveshwara Junction.
- PG Halli to Shivananda Circle: Route: Old High Grounds Junction → LRDE Junction → Basaveshwara Circle → Race Course Road → Trilight Junction → Shivananda Circle.
