The company stated that the disruptions are necessary to facilitate emergency maintenance and pole relocation work being carried out by the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) and the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).

Areas such as Belagumba village and layout, Lambani Tanda, Jyothipura, S.S. Layout, Kunduru village and layout, and Venkataadri Layout will be affected.
BESCOM has urged citizens to plan electricity-dependent tasks in advance and to switch off electrical appliances during the outage periods for safety. The company assured that power supply will be restored immediately once the maintenance work concludes.
