Bengaluru Power Cut on July 24: Full List of Affected Areas Announced by BESCOM
Residents in several parts of Bengaluru and surrounding areas will experience power outages on Thursday, July 24, due to scheduled quarterly maintenance work by the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM). The company has urged the public to cooperate as essential upgrades are being carried out across multiple power distribution centers.

Power Outage on July 23 (Today):
Power will be disrupted between 10 AM and 5 PM in the following areas due to maintenance at the 66/11 Brigade Meadows Power Distribution Center:

Karadigudda
Siddanapalya
Abhaya College
Valley School
Peacock House
Saludoddi

Power disruptions will also affect villages under Achchalu Panchayat due to maintenance at the 66/11 KV Achchalu and Honniganahalli sub-stations on the Kanakapura T.K. Halli Line-3 from 10 AM to 4 PM:

The following areas will experience power cuts on July 24 as part of BESCOM's rural maintenance schedule:

Kundana Gram Panchayat, Bengaluru Rural DC Office
Ravindra Nagar, Sannaamanikere, Hiranandani
Devanahalli town residential layouts
Villages: Gokare, Bhuvanahalli, Chimachanahalli, Kannamangala, Yartiganahalli
Koyira and surrounding localities including Aluru-Duddanahalli
Areas near Kundana Substation including Koyira Gram Panchayat
Bommawara, Santosh Nagar, Prashanath Nagar
Chikkasanne, Avati, Vishwanathapura
BESCOM has requested cooperation from all affected residents, noting that the maintenance is essential to ensure uninterrupted power supply in the future. The department recommends checking local updates before planning any power-dependent activities during the outage window.
