Bengaluru PG Molestation Case: A shocking incident was reported from a paying guest (PG) accommodation under Suddaguntepalya Police Station limits in Bengaluru on Friday. A woman was allegedly molested and robbed by an intruder who entered the premises late at night.

Bengaluru PG Intruder Case: What Happened

According to the First Information Report (FIR), the accused entered the PG accommodation while the victim was asleep. He allegedly groped the woman and, when she resisted, he stole ₹2,500 in cash from her room before fleeing.

CCTV footage from the building shows the man entering and being chased out by the woman a few minutes later.

Police confirmed that a case has been registered at Suddaguntepalya Police Station. An investigation is ongoing to identify and arrest the accused involved in the Bengaluru PG molestation and robbery case.

Previous PG Abuse Case in Bengaluru

This incident comes just weeks after another disturbing case in the city.

In early August, a college student was allegedly raped by the PG owner where she was staying. The accused, identified as Ashraf, reportedly forced the woman into his car late at night, took her to a secluded spot, and assaulted her.

Police arrested Ashraf after the survivor filed an FIR at the jurisdictional police station.

With multiple cases of harassment, molestation, and assault in PG accommodations in Bengaluru, concerns are being raised over women's safety in rented and shared housing spaces. Authorities have assured strict action against offenders and promised better monitoring of PG establishments.
