Bengaluru Man Dies After Sitting on Firecracker Box for Autorickshaw

A shocking video has emerged showing a young man tragically losing his life in a firecracker challenge in Bengaluru. The incident, captured on local CCTV, is circulating widely on social media. In the footage, the victim is seen sitting on a box of firecrackers at the hands of his friends in Konanakunte. They ignite the box, leading to a fatal explosion.

The event took place on Friday, November 1, around 4 PM, and the deceased has been identified as Shabarish. Reports indicate that his friends had dared him to sit on the box of firecrackers, promising to buy him an autorickshaw if he succeeded. Shabarish accepted the challenge, but the ensuing explosion proved catastrophic.

In the video, his friends can be seen fleeing to safety just moments after lighting the firecrackers, while Shabarish is engulfed in the blast. His family and loved ones were devastated upon hearing the news of his death due to the firecracker explosion beneath him.

What began as a misguided dare among friends ended in tragedy, underscoring the grave dangers of reckless behavior involving explosives. Numerous individuals have suffered serious injuries or lost their lives due to similar irresponsible antics.
