A woman at Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport was able to recover her lost diamond ring within hours, thanks to the diligent efforts of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) officials on duty.
She expressed her gratitude on social media, commending the officials for their efficiency.

Taking to X platform, formerly known as Twitter, Akanksha Singh expressed her appreciation and wrote, "Today at Kempegowda International Airport (@kempintairprtps), I lost my diamond ring. All thanks to their coordination and helpful nature. Your assistance is highly appreciated."
Singh specifically acknowledged and thanked two CISF officials by name, "With the help of Mr. Rajesh Singh & Mr. Vinay Kumar Rai from @CISFHQrs, I was able to find my ring," she shared.
The CISF acknowledged the gratitude and conveyed the message to the involved officials. In response to Singh's post, they wrote, "Warm greetings from @CISFHQrs. CISF is always there to help & ensure your travel is safe, secure, and smooth. Thank you for your valuable feedback. It has been forwarded to CISF officers at the airport."
Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport has Lost and Found counters at both terminals, where passengers can report lost items. The staff contact the owners via mail to identify and retrieve their belongings.
In previous instances, many passengers have successfully recovered valuable items they accidentally left behind at the airport with the assistance of the airport staff and CISF officials. The CISF team often helps track missing items through CCTV footage and aids in reuniting owners with their belongings.
