Bangalore Development Authority Hosts Flats Fair On December 14: Where And What Is The Price

The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is hosting a flats fair in Kaniminike Barangay on 14th December. The event will run from 9 am to 5 pm at the Kaniminike Housing Scheme Complex. Attendees can purchase vacant 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats during this fair, which is part of the housing scheme.

Prospective buyers can secure a provisional allotment letter by paying the initial deposit via demand draft or online. Additionally, bank loans are available on-site for convenience. The Kaniminike housing project spans Phases 1 to 5 and features modern construction techniques.

Flats Pricing and Location

The flats are strategically located near the Bangalore-Mysore highway, just 1 km away. The Challaghatta metro station is accessible within 3 km, while Hejjala Railway Station is only 2 km from the site. Prices vary based on phase and configuration: Phase-2 (2BHK) costs ₹25 lakhs, Phase-3 (2BHK) is ₹30 lakhs, Phase-4 (3BHK) is ₹40 lakhs, and Phase-5 (3BHK) is ₹64 lakhs.

In addition to these, Lakshitippasandra offers a 1BHK for ₹14.5 lakhs, and Lakshonadasapura-2 has a 2BHK priced at ₹50 lakhs. The judicial layout provides easy access to the Bangalore-Mysore highway.
