'I have never seen so many diamonds in one single place', said an officer who was at the venue where the big fat Reddy wedding was held in Bengaluru. It was a grand affair no doubt clearly there was splurging of wealth. Gali Janardhan Reddy's daughter was married off in style at the Palace Grounds Bengaluru on Wednesday.

All the bling on Janardhana Reddy's daughter, Bramhani, on her wedding day is now drawing the attention of authorities. The diamond sets worn by Bramhani during the marriage rituals included over 2 dozen diamond bangles, 6 diamond studded necklaces among other pieces of jewellery all in diamonds.

The diamond jewellery worn by the bride during the marriage ritual alone is being pegged anywhere between Rs 80-90 crore by people in the diamond jewellery business. The never-before, never-again wedding and the bridal jewellery has garned a lot of attention from the public as well as authorities.
