Aero India 2025: Public Pass Registration, Ticket Prices And Timings For 5-Day Event In Bengaluru
The Union ministry of defence is all set to host Aero India 2025, Asia's largest air show, scheduled from February 10 to 14 at the Yelahanka air base in Bengaluru.
This 15th edition of biggest biennial air show and aviation exhibition will explore new opportunities, foster partnerships, and promote indigenisation in the aerospace sector. The theme of the 15th Aero India is 'The Runway to a Billion Opportunities'.

B2B meetings will take place from February 10 to 12, while the final two days, February 13 and 14, will be open to the public, featuring an air show and static displays of various military platforms from the aerospace sector.
Public pass registration
Public pass registration for Aero India 2025 has already begun. Entrepreneurs, participating companies, and the general public can register to attend the aviation exhibition through the website https://www.aeroindia.gov.in/ or https://www.aeroindia.gov.in/visitor-registration.
The three-day B2B event will include a Defence Ministers' Conference, CEO Roundtable, Manthan Startup program, and a trade fair for aerospace companies. The event will also showcase indigenous manufacturing capabilities with a spectacular air show. With the theme 'Runway to a Billion Opportunities,' it aims to facilitate partnerships between domestic and international companies.
Preliminary events for Aero India will begin in the coming days.
Bengaluru Aero India Ticket Pricing
Business visitor passes are available for Rs 5,000 for Indian nationals and $150 for foreign nationals. General passes, valid for public days, are priced at Rs 2,500 for Indian nationals and $50 for foreign nationals. ADVA (Aero Display Visual Area) ticket bookings have not yet begun. These passes, granting access exclusively to the ADVA, will be priced at Rs 1,000 for Indian nationals and USD 50 for foreign nationals. All ticket prices are inclusive of GST.
Bengaluru Aero India Event Schedule
It will be open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM. The event will feature spectacular air displays showcasing military and civilian aircraft from India and abroad, conducted twice a day - once in the morning and again in the afternoon.
Aero India, held biennially since 1996, has established itself as a premier global air show with 14 successful editions. The previous event attracted over 7 lakh visitors, dignitaries from 98 countries, entrepreneurs, investors, startups, MSMEs, and more than 809 exhibitors. It witnessed 201 agreements, 250 partnerships, and technology transfer deals worth Rs. 75,000 crore.
