'GoofAAP': Party condemns fake nomination from Bangalore constituency

Bangalore, March 24: In a bizarre incident recently, Aam Aadmi Party apologised for coming across fake nomination in the Lok Sabha elections from Bangalore south.

AAP came across a person by name Mr Jagannath has his nominations to LS 2014 elections claiming to represent AAP in the Bangalore South LS Constituency.

The party clarified that the name of Smt Nina P Nayak was declared as the official candidate of AAP for Bangalore South LS Constituency in the 1st list itself. Besides, Form A & Form B from AAP leadership has already been given to Smt Nina Nayak has filed her nominations today ie, on 24.03.2014.

AAP Karnataka also clarified that they do not have any association with Mr Jagannath. He is neither an office bearer of the party nor a candidate for the party.

The party condemns this misrepresentation and attempt to misguide the electorate.
