India Will Lead World Through AI: UP CM Yogi Adityanath

Alongside this technology-focused message, seers at Prayagraj’s 'Magh Mela’ expressed support for Yogi Adityanath’s leadership, publicly wishing that Yogi Adityanath should become prime minister in the future, highlighting how religious leaders see state-level governance, health initiatives and law and order as part of a wider national role.

AI Impact Summit 2026 and Yogi Adityanath's global vision

Speaking at the AI and Health Innovation Summit, Yogi Adityanath linked artificial intelligence debates with India’s wider ambitions. He said discussions about AI signalled a turning point for development, and added: "The new AI Impact Summit, which is being discussed across India and globally, represents the next step for a New India. An India ready to lead the world," Adityanath said.

Looking ahead, Yogi Adityanath highlighted the upcoming AI Impact Summit 2026, scheduled for February 2026 under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, saying it would connect many AI stakeholders and raise awareness. He said: "As discussed by our Union Minister Jitin Prasada, in February 2026, under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the upcoming AI Impact Summit 2026 aims to bring together stakeholders from various sectors related to AI. The goal is to create awareness among the general public as well as state governments about AI, particularly in healthcare," the Chief Minister noted.

AI Impact Summit 2026 and healthcare reforms in Uttar Pradesh

Yogi Adityanath said technological tools are needed to handle complicated healthcare demands in Uttar Pradesh, especially with a growing population. Recalling 2017, Yogi Adityanath described severe weaknesses in state systems and said: "Within the state, we worked to bring about a complete transformation in the entire system. I am grateful that when we began this work in 2017, one could estimate the extent of corruption; it was enormous. Public grievances were also very high. There were around 80,000 fair price shops in Uttar Pradesh, and before becoming Chief Minister, I had closely observed this mismanagement," he said.

Detailing health achievements linked to this broader reform, Yogi Adityanath said the state expanded ICU capacity in every district during the COVID-19 pandemic and now provides a wide mix of medical services locally. He added: "During COVID-19, we increased ICU beds in all districts... Today, a wide range of medical facilities are available in every district... Previously, deaths from encephalitis occurred in 38 districts of the state; every year, 1200 to 1500 children died from encephalitis. Today, deaths from encephalitis are zero," Adityanath stated.

AI Impact Summit 2026 and support from religious seers

At the ongoing 'Magh Mela’ in Prayagraj, seers linked Yogi Adityanath’s administrative record with national aspirations. Addressing saints at an event for Jagadguru Ramanadacharya’s birth anniversary, Swami Raghavacharya said, ''We seek the blessings of Mother Ganga to make Yogi Adityanath the prime minister of the country in the future,'' while another seer, Vaidehi Vallabhacharya, said Yogi Adityanath could lead beyond Uttar Pradesh.

Seers reminded the gathering that celebrations took place in Ayodhya, Chitrakoot and other religious centres after Yogi Adityanath became Chief Minister, praising continued organisation of large religious events and efforts towards better law and order. They also urged followers to avoid caste-based divisions, as political, social and spiritual backing grows around Yogi Adityanath’s push on healthcare, governance reforms and the AI Impact Summit 2026.
